| The practice was
established in 1986 in Johannesburg by the two partners
Colin Milliken and Duncan Seth. In 1994
a branch office was opened on the South Coast of KwaZulu
Natal with Duncan Seth as partner in charge.
The practice's philosophy is to instill perfection from
initial client presentation through to the design and the
development's documentation to actual site management and
building process. By paying attention to the smaller
details of design the overall effect is enhanced. The
practice is dedicated to interpreting the client's brief
to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing
building which is completed within budget and on time and
is committed to excellence and to love of architecture.
